This VPN programme is very easy to handle, the price is quite fair, and it is fast as well! Apart from its seldom disconnecting its close to perfect. I would definitely recommend.

I like this app! Its reliable, easy to use, and can be installed on many devices simultaneously. The customer service is excellent and they will promptly answer your questions and help you fix issues, in case you encounter any. The reason Im not giving a 5 stars rating is that the connection with the servers often fails when the web is busy, as in the evenings, or when the signal is weak or the internet connection slow. Overall I still greatly recommend this app as the company is visibly dedicated to customer satisfaction and willing to improve their services.

The internet filters I have so restrictive, yet my job requires us to often do work above and beyond the filters. Until IT can get those issues resolved, this has been a life-saver. At least until they figure out how to block it.

I spend about 10 days on the road a month. For now I am purchasing a week at a time. I have had no issues at all with the app or purchases. So far so good!! Update: I just returned from a trip in the Phillippines. As soon as my purchase when through VPN Shield connected and I was in business…literally… The process was beyond easy. Next week, Singapore andThailand! ;)

Relatively easy set-up for this app, and once set up — very easy to use. Any issues and customer service responsive and helpful. Stable app, haven’t had any issues, would recommend it.

Best shield i tried. i’ve been using the app for the past couple of years and never complained. its very reliable and almost never drops the communication down….

I’ve only been using this application for a few hours on the Free Trial plan, but so far it’s working very well. I haven’t noticed any loss of performance while browsing, and the setup was relatively straightforward. (The bit about adding the VPN connections to System Preferences was a bit confusing, but easy enough to work out.) It’s also brilliantly easy to see whether it’s on or off, as VPN:ON or VPN:OFF is written in plain text in the menu bar. That’s a surprisingly nice feature: most vendors provide an icon that changes its appearance, but it’s usually not obvious which state means ‘on’ and which means ‘off.’ If my opinion changes, I’ll post an update.

The last update, August 2016, has not affected my prior opinion. VPN Shield is the gold-service third party VPN. It is easy to install, easy to use, reliable, AND SECURE. Further, the loss of speed/bandwidth is minimal for ordinary use (I can’t speak for video editing and other bandwidth-heavy uses). I use this VPN routinely and have never had a connectivity issue.

I ponied up for the 3 year program after doing the trial; I’ve tried a few VPN services, and this one is my favorite. I love the fast connection, native notifications on Mac, and my favorite feature is how it auto-connects to VPN if it detects an insecure network. It’s awesome - just turn it on and let it run on auto-pilot. You’re good!

I updated my subscription on the App store, and while they had my money immediately, my subscription never updated. Product support is an automated response with any followup days later. This is the second time I have paid for VPN Shield service with no activation. Im deleting it off my Mac. When its up and running it works well except for constant nuisance messages about connection status, but support is terrible.

This product has worked well for me, especially overseas. I am able to do all the things I normally do at home, especially where countries block certain websites and entertaiment companies who will not let you access their sites while you are outside of the US.

It was my great mistake to purchase this app for 6 month…….I warn everyone pls do not buy this product……..

but I cant get a hold of you guys here in China, so I have to write the comment here. I havent been able to connect for a few days now. I hope you read this message, I’ll change back to 5 stars as soon as the problem is fixed.

Used to work like a charm, but not anymore. Cannot even connect to their support to submit a ticket.

untimely disconnect without any reason and the preferences are not taken into account. some bugs with Safari : web page not loading.

It does work but the connexion is realy slow...

After 2 months of use in China, absolutely no issue. Quite convenient to access gmail or google!! Great job

very good vpn, even if they can improve the connection, somtimes you’ve to try again and again before you get connected, but otherwise the quality is really good. 4 stars, the 5th when the connectivity problem wil be solve.

Easy to use, fast and account for many devices. Sometimes it’s quite difficult to find a good and valid connection but most of the time it’s fine !
