Poor support
I updated my subscription on the App store, and while they had my money immediately, my subscription never updated. Product support is an automated response with any followup days later. This is the second time I have paid for VPN Shield service with no activation. Im deleting it off my Mac. When its up and running it works well except for constant nuisance messages about connection status, but support is terrible.
