VPN Shield saves my life when im in china. although it disconects from time to time it does conects back quick.

This app is just perfect for me. I use it to protect my privacy and to access blocked websites from within China. I never had trouble reaching any sites through "the great firewall of China". Its very easy to use and has a clean and simple interface. The app and the subscriptions are totaly worth the price. Thank you very much!!!!

I’m spending the summer in europe and wanted to be able to access everything online like i was at home. Pros: -It’s VERY easy to set up. -Great price. -it’s fast. if not faster than my normal connection for most downloads. Cons: I can’t think of any. I’ve tried other VPNs in the past, like HMA, and had a terrible experience. This one is perfect. I wouldn’t change anything.

I’ve now used it for 2 weeks while in Montreal, QC, Canada. Pros: - Quick first time set up. - Quick connection speeds. - Connects automatically. - So far the connection has never dropped. - It doesn’t look bad. Some of the other VPNs really look awful. Yes, this matters. - Great value. The price is reasonable and worth it. $.99 for a week is a good idea for a trial. Cons: - Only connects automatically on unsecure connections. [In fact, sometimes while I’m on a secured connection, the option to use the VPN is greyed out. (?!?) What if I always want to connect automatically to a specific VPN location? I’m confused as to why automatic-connection-no-matter-what isnt an option to begin with.]

Et les serveurs sont vraiment situés dans le pays mentionné. Un autre produit testé nous fait croire que c’est le cas… mais c’était faux. Tou.tv n’était pas accessible. Mais avec VPN Shield, oui. Cependant, le service de VPN Shield avec L2TP (considéré plus sécuriatire que le service avec PPTP) est peu fiable et déconnecte souvent, quand ça fonctionne. Dommage. Ils devraient améliorer la sécurité en offrant plus de connections via le protocole L2TP. C’est pourquoi je donne 4 étoiles au lieu de 5. ENGLISH VERSION A great VPN: easy to install and setup, no slow-down of the internet connection, many countries offered. And servers are really located in the countries indicated. I’ve used other VPN services that just pretend to be located in a specific countrie, but I could not access Canadian videos. With VPN Shield, I can. But, the L2TP protocol (considered more secure than PPTP) is not reliable with VPN Shield and disconnect often, when it is working. Too bad. This should certainly be improved to increase the security level. This is why I give only 4 stars out of 5.

Although it often takes a little while to connect, this app has really helped me out here in China. I’m not used to having my websites blocked and restricted so I am beyond grateful for this app and the people working to make it happen! Be careful when you subscribe, not to click “buy” too many times or you’ll be charged.. Happy browsing!

Im in China and I bought a 7-day subscription to access googles and other blocked websites. However, it kept showing me that the my subscription has expired AND IT BLOCKED EVERY SINGLE WEBSITES THAT I COULD ACCESSED BEOFRE USING THIS APP!!! I couldnt open any websites even after I removed it from my computer. It is a waste of money. I have never written a review in my whole life until I used this terrible app.

This VPN service works on both my Mac Pro and on my iPad & iPhone 5 flawlessly. It even works with the beta El Capitan & iOS 9! It may, indeed, be too early to tell, but so far all sites are accessible and the speed is very good with no delays! The Mac version is available, but in order to check it, you must first purchase a minimal .99 cent 7-day subscription! So far, so good. Works in Saudi Arabia and probably in most other countries where the Internet is censored. The best news is that for $21.99 plus tax, of course, you can buy a years subscription with unlimited usage. Since this VPN can be used on both Macs and mobile OS, I wont be using Express VPN on my iPad which can become expensive due to caps on bandwidth. Others should try this app and report their findings in future reviews. Im totally satisfied! Oh, yeah, forgot to mention: Netflix works!

Installation was very easy. I stay in hotel in China. And it worked for a short time. But it stopped working and I could not connect to any servers anymore (was getting message: “Disconnected by a connection device.” Not sure if anything can be done here..

For the price, this VPN app is the best. I have tried other VPN apps as well and there are some good ones out there but expensive. VPN Shield does the job for a lesser fee. I am giving it 4-stars because some canadian websites (when using canada IP) do not open, saying that the IP is restricted. Other countries work well and fast.

Once I couldn’t connect to VPN, I sent a message to support team. They fixed the problem and replied immediately with extended my subscription 3days as a matter of courtesy. Maybe because I’m using this app in China, but hope the VPN will be more stable!!!

i was in tehran and there is cersorship here , could not use twitter , facebook and read newspapers , after i downloaded it it works like a charm on my macbook, dont hesisate to download it

i wrout down before that i was disappointed,but I take that back because when contacted with stidia before long the problem had been solved ... I am very satisfied with the program and the team that works perfectly.

Good choice of subscriptions and their low cost (lower than average). Conveniently pay for a subscription directly from the application.

VPN generally works pretty good. Why not five: sometimes it loses connection with no reason and cannot reconect so I have to do it manually. Also it never reconnects automatically after OS woke up.
